Programme Overview
This programme is the starting point to becoming an impactful and trusted leader. Participants learn how to make better decisions by gaining trust in themselves in any situation. This is achieved through developing healthy relationships - starting with their relationship with themselves.
This practical 3-month programme is designed to boost confidence and help participants view themselves with respect, courage, and certainty. They learn how to tap into their innate leadership skills.
Over the 12 weeks, participants develop a growth mindset, which improves how they respond to challenges.
Graduates will leave with increased self-belief, allowing for better communication with themselves and others.

Practice Living Consciously:
To start, we focus on conscious action, teaching participants to live with mindfulness. They receive practical tools for living with clarity and intention.
Practice Self-Acceptance:
We look at self-esteem - what it is and how to achieve and maintain it. It begins with self-acceptance which has as its basis, self-knowledge. Through learning this, participants discover what it means to live consciously.
Practice Self-Response(ability):
We teach leaders to respond to situations, relationships, and decisions, and to analyse their response for their own self-reflection and growth. The ability to see oneself through others' eyes is an act of maturity and self-respect.
Practice Self-Assertiveness:
Participants learn to become more self-assertive through not compromising themselves or their health. They learn how to honour their own needs and values and, equally importantly, how to express them.
Practice Living Purposefully:
Leaders learn to focus on the discipline needed to take action and achieve their personal goals, ensuring that those goals are aligned with their purpose. Living 'in purpose' is a practice that is integrally linked to happiness.
Practice Personal Integrity:
Participants acquire the tools they need to uphold their own judgment, standards, and beliefs.
Work more effectively as leaders, communicators and human beings.
