Thato Belang
Thato Belang’s focus is on leaders' authenticity to unlock their greatness, and become the truest expressions of themselves. She uses a coaching methodology that assists with and heightens self-awareness through the identification of core values that results in authentic leadership practices.
Veronica Haupt
Veronica holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, and has spent the bulk of her career as a consultant in sales and business strategy. She has also run her own businesses, starting with her first at the age of 20! She is passionate about the Enneagram as a tool for self-knowledge and high performance in teams. She is a qualified Emotional Freedom Technique practitioner, and has experience in transformative coaching using psychology. She brings her knowledge of real-world experience to the team as a presenter and facilitator.
Adrienne Leussa
Dr. Adrienne Leussa (PhD, MBA) is a scientist-turned-strategist who turns cutting-edge research into practical tools on AI, leadership, and well-being. With experience in both lab science and commercialization, she equips teams to execute with clarity and resilience—delivering results that last. Fluent in English, French, and Portuguese, Adrienne blends science, storytelling, and immediately usable tools to build high-performance cultures.
Sengkepeng Mutlanyana
For Sengkepeng, teaching is more than a profession - it’s a calling. With a degree in Sociology and a Career background in Public Health, Sengkepeng understands the patterns that shape us. As a newly qualified Enneagram Narrative Teacher, Life Coach, Swimming Teacher and Reiki Practitioner, she provides a holistic space for transformation. Sengkepeng is dedicated to bringing the transformative power of the Enneagram to South Africa and the world one conversation at a time.
