Saffron Baggallay is the founder, owner, and CEO of the Saffron Baggallay Learning Academy. For more than 23 years, she has been designing, developing, and delivering personal mastery-based leadership programmes.
She has always been fascinated by people. As a child, she loved observing people and figuring out what was going on beneath the surface. And even though she once wanted to act and perform, she realised that her interest lay more in the intricacies of human behaviour, and helping people unleash their own personal power.
Today, Saffron is a profound and deeply engaging teacher, global master facilitator, leadership development coach, thought leader and keynote speaker who delivers tailored learning outcomes and inspires people all across the globe.
Not only is she a top International Narrative Enneagram expert, Saffron is also a human behaviourist and sociologist whose solutions are renowned for building authentic trust between leaders and teams, managing stress, creating emotional safety, and nurturing creativity, connection, and confidence.
Saffron's qualifications include an International Narrative Enneagram teacher’s qualification, the Embodied Enneagram, a Masters degree in Identity Theory, and several qualifications in somatic healing modalities.
