However, pure eLearning traditionally has a low uptake.

One of the biggest reasons for this low uptake is the lack of people interaction - both with peers, and with a facilitator. Lack of face-to-face interaction, even if online, has been shown to drastically reduce engagement and motivation in learners.

One of the reasons our programmes are so successful is because participants get all the benefits of eLearning - with the motivation and engagement that comes with in-person learning. And that’s why all our programmes have a facilitator delivering live online classes.

Not only that, participants pair up with each other for offline exercises. This provides another layer of accountability and motivation, and helps to establish the learning culture and common language that is so essential in high performance companies.

This style of training is what we call a ‘blended’ approach.
