An Experience For Bonding Through Curiosity And Compassion

“Transformation Theatre” was born in apartheid South Africa. With limited access to costumes and props, actors became masters at transforming themselves into different characters through expression, body language, gestures, tone and voice.
We have access to the transformational power of this exciting genre through Saffron’s extensive theatrical experience, and with well-known South African actors skilled in teaching this form.
As attendees are shown how to ‘embody’ different characters, emotions or concepts, they are able to shift preconceived ideas and perspectives.

If you’re facing serious team challenges and need quick but deep transformation, this can succeed like nothing else can.

An Experience For Improving Communication

Equine-assisted learning is a powerful methodology for an effective and fast understanding of the self. Equine-assisted learning has a long history of imparting emotional intelligence through personal mastery and leadership development in the workplace, showing exceptional results. Horses are astoundingly sentient beings, with the largest limbic system of any mammal. They have extraordinary compassion and curiosity and want to see the best in people. Horses are playful, and we experience numerous profound moments of learning and self-discovery within this spirited behaviour.

The paddock environment becomes a simulation of the world of work, and delegates immediately observe in themselves how they might react to their world. The day aims to assist delegates with coping strategies they can take back to their workplace immediately while also building connections and having an enjoyable experience.
